Make your breast fuller in only 4 steps

1. All women would like to find an indeed effective way to make their breast appear larger. If you desired to have large natural breast, various factors have to be considered. There is good advertising slogan: Stand in upright position as a woman. Correct posture can enhance breast curves. Traditional Chinese woman think it is embarrassed to walk upright. Actually, it is untrue. If incorrect posture is not promptly rectified, it affects the development of breast and may develop “humpback” appearance. Thus, you should walk upright with your back straight. Abdominal muscles contract and raise arms can pull you upward. During seating, keep your head up and back straight so that your breast curve appears appealing. During rest, you sleep in lateral position or supine position but you don’t sleep in prone position to avoid squeeze breast.

2. Bra can change the size of your breast. There are various kinds of bras which can improve breast curve inside commercial buildings. Massage bra (small metal ball is placed in a small metal cup) stimulate breast acupuncture point through rubbing against skin in order to achieve fuller breasts. Bra with middle set of hook can push your breasts together. It creates an inward and upward push. If you wear a bra with pads in it, your breast appears fuller. However, you may not like bra pad. In fact, before you purchase bra, you may consider picking a bra with less breast coverage, not go down one cup size. If you usually wear bra with full size cup, you may consider picking up 3/4 cup bra. If you usually wear 3/4 cup bra, 1/2 cup bra may be more suitable for you. No matter you choose what size of bra cup; you should try to put it on and make sure it is comfortable to wear before you purchase.

3. Science diet:
Size of breast depends on breast tissue and fat volume. Girl aged 20-25 is the best period of breast development. Thus, moderately increase fat volume in breast. It is natural and healthy way to make the breast stronger, firmer and fuller.

Beside, we should eat more food rich in vitamin E and B on balanced diet. Vitamin E can promote ovarian development and perfection so that mature ovary cell number increase. Yellow body gets larger. Ovaries are important place that secrete estrogen into bloodstream. When estrogen is accumulated to a certain level, it stimulates breast development. Thus, we should eat more food rich in vitamin E such as cabbage, choi sum, sunflower seed oil and rapeseed oil. Vitamin B is indispensable ingredients in the synthesis of estrogen. Food such as animal’s liver, kidney, heart, egg, milk and dairy products are rich in vitamin B2. Food such as grains, beans, lean meat, yeast are rich in vitamin B6.

4.  Useful exercise: In order to have fuller and elastic breast, exercises for breast muscles have to be strengthened. Do some push-ups, horizontal bars and parallel bars exercises. Perhaps, deep breathing several times everyday in the morning and evening can promote development of breast. Swimming can massage your breast through water pressure. It helps to have consistent and uniform breast development.

Healthy recipes
A young female chicken (weighting about 750 grams)
400 grams milk
A slice of ginger
Condiment such as salt

Instruction:
1. Wash chicken and remove hair and gastro-intestinal viscera tissue

2. The chicken is cut open along the backbone after washing and then is placed in large casserole.

3. Add water, ginger and milk

4. Stew about three hours

5. Finally, add seasoning ready for consumption.
It is rich in nutrient and helps breast enlargement.
